(KAIR)--A domestic disturbance at an Atchison County residence Wednesday night lead to the arrest of an Atchison man on a charge of aggravated battery.
According to Sheriff Jack Laurie, deputies were called to a residence on 230th Road, just after 9:00, for a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, it was discovered that 22-year-old Brock Wagner had allegedly been fighting with other family members, including one who was cut trying to disarm Wagner after he allegedly pulled out a pocketknife.
Wagner was arrested at the scene and transported to the Atchison County Jail.
Bond has been set at $20,000.
