Michael Wilburn
(KNZA)--An October 22nd preliminary hearing is now set for a 32-year-old Everest man facing a pair of felony sex-related charges.
Michael Wilburn has been charged in Brown County District Court with aggravated sexual battery and furnishing alcoholic beverages to a minor for illicit purposes.
According to court documents, the alleged offenses occurred on August 30th and involve an individual born in 1998.
Wilburn was arrested the same day by the Brown County Sheriff’s Department.
He is currently free on $75,000 bond.
