(KTNC)--A Shubert woman appeared in Richardson County District Court Tuesday for a probation revocation hearing.
During the hearing, the court appointed attorney Keith Kollasch to represent 32-year-old Meagan Ivey. She had originally been sentenced to 18-months probation for attempted possession of a controlled substance.
During the hearing, the court found that Ivey had violated the terms of her probation on several instances, including failing to report to the State Probation Office, failing to report for several drug or alcohol tests, and testing positive for methamphetamine and amphetamine.
Authorities say she Ivey also left the state, for a vacation in Florida, without permission from her probation officer as required.
A final hearing in the case is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on October 14.
