(KTNC)--A Fairfax woman was injured when her car collided head-on with another car. The crash happened shortly before 8:00 a.m. Tuesday on Highway 59 in Fairfax.
The Missouri State Patrol says 55-year-old Lita Perry was driving an eastbound 2004 Chevy Cavalier that crossed the centerline and collided with a westbound Hyundai Elantra, driven by 23-year-old Morgan Adrian of Kansas City.
Perry was transported by Atchison-Holt Ambulance to the Fairfax Community Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries. Adrian was not injured in the collision. Both vehicles sustained extensive damage.
