(KMZA)--A Manhattan man is jailed in Nemaha County, arrested on three warrants for failure to appear.
Two of the warrants were issued by Nemaha County for 42-year-old Frank Cooper, Jr. whose charges stem back to last year, and include arson and criminal damage to property along with domestic battery and drug possession.
According to the Nemaha County Sheriff's Office, bond for the two warrants is set at $25,000 each.
The third warrant is a Sabetha Municipal warrant.
