(KLZA)-- 20-year-old Phillip A. Doerr of Verdon waived his right to a preliminary hearing in Richardson County Court last week on felony charges of terroristic threats and use of a firearm to commit a felony.
Arraignment is scheduled in Richardson County District Court on August 5th.
Doerr is charged in connection with an incident that occurred in June.
Bond was continued in the case.
