(KAIR)--A two vehicle wreck on U.S. 73 highway, near the intersection of Highway 73 and Green Street in Atchison sent one person to the hospital Friday morning.
According to Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson, 45-year-old Jeffrey Martin of Atchison was traveling south on U.S. Highway 73, when he collided with a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Atchison resident Kamin Potts, who was attempting to turn south onto the highway from Green Street.
Potts was not injured, but Martin was transported by private vehicle to the Atchison Hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.
The wreck was reported shortly before 6:45.
