Flags to Fly at Half-Staff
(KLZA)-- Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman has ordered that U.S. and Nebraska flags be flown at half-staff until noon on Monday, May 26 in observance of Memorial Day.
Governor Heineman said, “Our flags will fly at half-staff to honor the courage and dedication of those who have sacrificed for our freedom. Memorial Day is a day to remember and to recognize the brave men and women of the United States armed forces who have served and who are currently serving.
