(KLZA) -- A felony charge of possession of burglars tools has been dismissed against 26-year old Deidra Kirkendall in Richardson County Court.
Kirkendall was arrested by Richardson County Sheriff Randy Houser on January 10th along with 29-year old Brandon Kopf and 30-year old Amanda Barr following a reported burglary near Verdon.
The trio allegedly drove onto the property where the burglary had occurred and the property owner was there, waiting for authorities to arrive.
Kopf and Barr were listed in court documents as persons of interest in several other thefts at the time of the arrest in January. Burglars tools were allegedly discovered in the car that Kirkendall, Kopf and Barr were driving.
