(KLZA) --29-year old Jeremy Vice of Falls City is scheduled for arraignment in Richardson County Court on two separate felony charges on May 27th.
In the first case Vice is charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition in for the alleged theft of a set of French doors owned by David L. Frederick. Bond in this case has been set at $15,000.
In the second case Vice is charged with aiding consummation of a felony. In the second case Vice allegedly broke into a locked safe that had been stolen by another person.
