(KMZA)--A Goff man has been arrested both on felony drug charges and for possessing stolen property.
34-year-old Matthew Gifford was arrested Saturday by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Department on a Nemaha County warrant for three counts of distribution of methamphetamine and three counts of unlawful use of a communication facility.
Gifford was also arrested for possession of stolen property.
He remains in the Nemaha County Jail on $150,000 bond.
According to the Sheriff's Office, Giffords was arrested after he visited the Nemaha County Law Enforcement Center Saturday to discuss matters involving the property. Following questioning, Gifford was taken into custody.
Authorities say the stolen property includes a trailer, a lawn mower and a motorcycle, all taken during past thefts in southeast Nebraska, including Nemaha and Richardson Counties.
