(KNZA)--Four arrests are made following the execution of two separate drug related search warrants in Jackson County early Wednesday morning.
Sheriff Tim Morse says the first happened at 802 New Jersey in Holton. Assisted by the Holton Police Department, deputies arrested 25-year-old Kyle Lee Tyler, 23-year-old Kyle James Tyler and 21-year-old Genny Fitzpatrick, all of Holton. They were booked into the Jackson County Jail.
Kyle Lee Tyler was taken into custody on charges of distribution of narcotics, conspiracy, unlawful obtain prescription drug, possession to distribute, using a communication facility in the commission of a felony drug violation and distribution of marijuana. His bond was set at $60,000.
Kyle James Tyler and Fitzpatrick were both arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia. Both are held on bonds of $2,500.
The second search warrant was executed at a rural Holton residence located at 13726 198th Road.
Sheriff Morse says one arrest was made, with 57-year-old Robert John Torbol taken into custody.
He was booked into the Jackson County Jail on charges of distribution of narcotics, conspiracy, unlawful obtain prescription drug, possession to distribute, using a telecommunications device to facilitate a drug transaction, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Torbol is held on bond of $100,000.
