(KLZA) -- The Falls City Elk’s Lodge Past Exalted Rulers Association will sponsor the organizations annual barbecue dinner and auction to benefit the Richardson County Cancer Fund Saturday at the Elk’s Lodge at 1417 Stone Street in Falls City.
The dinner will be served from 5 – 7 p-m. A free will donation will be accepted for the meal.
The live auction begins at 7 p-m, and will include a wall mounted electric fireplace, quilts made by Pat Rieschick, Peggy Davidson and Shirley Jones, a tool box with tools and many other items including home basked goods.
All the proceeds will benefit the Richardson County Cancer Fund and will supplemental funds will be provided by Thrivent Choice Dollars.
The Richardson County Cancer Fund provides money for Cancer patients who need to travel out of town for treatment.
The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
