(KLZA)-- A Verndon native has been sentenced to three years probation in three cases in Richardson County District Court.
28-year-old Ryan Bennett, of Omaha, was sentenced in the first case for misdemeanor counts of forgery and attempted possession of a controlled substance. The second case was a misdemeanor charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition and the third case was on a charge of failure to appear.
As part of the sentence this week, Bennett was ordered to pay in more than $1,500 in probation fees and court costs.
