(KAIR)--Commuters in Leavenworth may want to take a little extra time on their Monday morning drive. According to a press release from the Kansas Department of Transportation, eastbound and westbound K-92 over the Centennial Bridge in Leavenworth will be reduced to one lane for both directions for lighting repair work on the bridge.
The work will take place Monday between 9:00AM and 1:00PM, weather permitting. Traffic will be directed through the work zone via a flagging operation by the City of Leavenworth.
KDOT is encouraging motorists to be alert and obey all warning signs when approaching the work zone.
