(KNZA)--A Wathena man charged in a Doniphan County child sex case has entered into a plea agreement.
Sonnie Suman pleaded no contest Wednesday in Doniphan County District Court to an amended felony charge of attempted aggravated indecent solicitation of a child.
Suman is to be sentenced February 26th.
He had originally been charged with aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
Suman was arrested in November 2012 following an investigation by the Wathena Police Department.
