(KLZA) -- Falls City Firemen responded to a house fire at 711 Stone Street Wednesday night about 10:10 p-m. The house is owned by the Faith Baptist Church which sits next door to the house.
When firemen arrived there were flames coming out of the back of the house. The cause of the blaze was electrical in nature. An actual estimate of damage is not available but a fire department spokesman said there was substantial damage to the unoccupied house.
17 members of the Falls City Volunteer Fire Department responded to the call along with 8 Falls City Rural Fire Department firemen and one Shubert Fire Department member.
