(KLZA) -- The new President of the Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer School Board is Scott Ogle. Serving as Vice President will be Steve Schaardt. Board members appointed Superintendent Clint Kimbrough as Secretary; Sandy Stalder as Treasurer and Kelly Workman as Board Recorded.
The HTRS School District continues to study the creation of a
Vocational Agriculture program in the district, which would include FFA. Superintendent Kimbrough says the next step is to invite University of Nebraska Vo-Ag curriculum representatives to visit the district and explain to students and parents what the program is all about.
The HTRS Board continues to look at the possibility of putting an addition on the north side of the Humboldt building. Superintendent Kimbrough will be contacting companies to help with financing ideas. The Board is hoping to meet with the financial experts soon.
