(KMZA)--A Seneca man will stand trial on a charge of electronic solicitation of a child.
Samuel Shockey was bound over to Nemaha County District Court Wednesday on the felony charge after waiving his preliminary hearing. Arraignment was set for January 30th.
Shockey was arrested last October following an investigation by the Seneca Police Department.
He remains in the Nemaha County Jail on $150,000 bond.
