(KLZA) The sentencing of Dylan Flock of Auburn was continued in Nemaha County, Nebraska District Court Wednesday so a pre-sentence investigation can be completed.
Bond was continued in the case. Flock was charged in connection with a break-in in Auburn in July. A felony charge of burglary in the case was reduced to a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespassing and theft by shoplifting.
Sentencing is now scheduled for February 5th. Bond was continued.
