(KNZA)--Drug arrests, primarily focused on methamphetamine, have made for an active week for Brown County Law Enforcement, with five arrests made.
According to a press release from Brown County Sheriff John Merchant, the week began with two arrests, including that of a Falls City man.
On Sunday, 36-year-old Robert Moyer was arrested on charges of meth possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, distribution, and traffic of contraband into a correctional facility.
That same day, 34-year old Jamie Spicer, of Horton, was arrested on similar charges, including meth possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, distribution, driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked and three probation violations.
On Tuesday, a 25-year-old Hiawatha woman was taken into custody in connection with alleged meth related crimes.
Brandy Christopher was arrested on charges of distribution, possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and child endangerment.
Also on Tuesday, 44-year-old Dalandra Hale was arrested on charges of distribution, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and child endangerment, while 45-year-year old Bradley Simpson, also of Hiawatha, was taken into custody on those same charges.
