(KNZA)--Hiawatha area Rainbow Communications customers can expect outages this week.
However, the company plans to go offline at times with the least amount of usage.
According to a press release from Rainbow, upgrades will be made to the Hiawatha network, including the splicing of new fiber.
Three outages are planned, with the first to run from 11:59 Monday night through 5:00 Tuesday morning.
The second will happen between 11:59 Tuesday night and 2:00 Wednesday morning.
The third and final outage is planned to happen from 11:59 Wednesday night until 2:00 Thursday morning.
The company says the outage will affect all services, including digital phone, internet and television.
