Monica Keo
(KNZA)--A Horton woman accused of stabbing her live-in boyfriend has been formally charged.
34-year-old Monica Keo made her first appearance in a Brown County courtroom Wednesday on a felony charge of aggravated battery.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 15th.
Keo is accused of stabbing her live-in boyfriend multiple times with a kitchen knife during the early morning hours this past Saturday.
He was transported to the Horton Community Hospital where he was treated and released.
Keo is currently free on a $5,000 O.R. bond.
