(KMZA)-Logo design suggestions for the mascot selected for the new Nemaha Central Middle School and High School are being sought.
Students on October 16th overwhelmingly selected the Thunder as the new mascot from three suggestions.
USD 115 Superintendent Darrel Kohlman says now they need a logo to go with the new mascot.
Any original artwork for a logo can be emailed to Kohlman at dkohlman@usd115.org or dropped off at the district office in Seneca.
Kohlman said he would like to receive all logo design suggestions by November 1st. He says they will be presented to the board of education for review and discussion at their November 11th meeting.
The new masot and logo will become effective for the 2014-2015 school year.
