(KAIR)--The Platte County Sheriff's office is continuing to ask for the public's help in identifying a body found in the Missouri river last month. Officials recovered the body on September 12th, but have not yet been able to identify it.
According to a press release from the sheriff's office, the body is believed to be that of a white male in his 20s-30s. It has a couple of tattoos on his lower back. Anyone with information regarding the identity of this unknown male is asked to contact the Platte County Sheriff's office at 816-858-3521 and talk to Investigations Sergeant Woodrow Painter.
