(KAIR)--Voters in Atchison County USD 377 are set to go to the polls next month, deciding the fate of a $17.5 million bond issue.
The Atchison County Community Schools will be upgraded with the funds, if approved, with a new kindergarten through 8th grade facility to be built, as well as enhancements for the high school.
Walk in advance voting to decide the issue is now underway.
According to Atchison County Clerk Pauline Lee, that can be done in her office, at the Atchison County Courthouse, during regular business hours through noon November 4th. The actual special election is set for November 5th.
