(KLZA) -- A 32 year old man will face a jury trial beginning December 3rd in Richardson County District Court on a charge of attempted second degree murder.
Desiderio Hernandez, who doesn't have a hometown listed, was charged as a result of an incident at a home in the 800 block of Harlan Street in Falls City on July 14th. Authorities allege he cut the throat of Damon Gates with a razor knife during an altercation between the two men.
Hernandez is being held in the Richardson County Jail on $200,000 bond.
