Robert Whitfield
(KNZA)--A 43-year-old Horton man convicted of aggravated criminal sodomy with a child born in 2003 has been sentenced to 12 years in prison.
Robert Whitfield was sentenced Monday in Brown County District Court.
He pleaded no contest to the charge in June, which was amended from an off-grid felony to level 1 felony.
Whitfield was arrested last November following an investigation by the Brown County Sheriff’s Department.
