( KMZA )--A 21-year-old Centralia man has been arrested on a charge of rape.
The Nemaha County Sheriff’s Department says Nicholas Russo was arrested last Thursday following an investigation.
Sheriff Rich Vernon says the rape allegation was made to the sheriff's department about a year ago involving a young girl under the age of consent in the Centralia area.
Russo remains in the Nemaha County Jail on $250,000 bond.
