(KNZA)--A national video competition is launched, with award money offered, and Doniphan County's Meals On Wheels program is taking part.
Aging Administrator Julie Simmons says the national program is sponsoring the video contest, which could earn the local chapter up to $1,000.
Simmons says volunteers, from throughout Doniphan County, are featured in the video, now posted on Facebook. She calls those volunteers the backbone of their efforts.
Simmons, prior to posting the video online, received an ok, both from the particpants and the Doniphan County Commisson.
