(KMZA)--A special noon hour meeting is planned Thursday for the Board of Education of USD 364.
It follows last week's regular meeting of the Board, where it was decided a special meeting would be held this week as the process for finding a new Superintendent for the Marysville schools begins.
That's made necessary following the recent resignation of Superintendent Khris Thexton, who has held the position since 2009.
He resigns to accept the position of Director of Finance, Operations and Federal Programs at the Great Bend School District, effective July 1st.
Thursday's special meeting begins at 12:15 at the Central Office in Marysville.
