(KLZA) A 27 year old Verdon man will stand trial on a felony charge of theft by unlawful taking.
Following a preliminary hearing this week, Ryan Bennett was bound over to Richardson County District Court for arraignment on May 21st.
Bennett is charged in connection with the August, 2012 theft of a double axle trailer valued at more than $1,500 from a location west of Falls City.
