(KLZA) 41 year old Jon M. Larson III of Humboldt has been sentenced to prison on a Class III Felony charge of second offense, sex offender registration violation.
Larson was sentenced to a period of 10 – 12 years in prison in by Richardson County District Court Judge Daniel Bryan. He will be eligible for parole in five years.
Larson was allowed credit for 239 days served in jail.
