(KNZA)--Preliminary hearings remain on the schedule for Wednesday for the trio accused of playing a role in the January shooting death of a Mayetta man.
Jackson County Attorney Shawna Miller says the hearings will be held in Jackson County District Court for Lloyd Wabaunsee, Desiree Shopteese and Steven Eastman.
Wabaunsee and Shopteese are both charged with 2nd degree murder in connection with the January 10th shooting death of Kevin Stanley in Mayetta.
Eastman is accused of driving the two both to and from Stanley's residence when the shooting occurred.
Wabaunsee remains jailed in Jackson County on bond of $500,000; Shopteese is held on bond of $150,000; and Eastman is held on bond of $15,000.
