(KLZA) A plea of not guilty is entered by a Falls City man accused of making a threat while branishing a handgun.
Timothy Wittwer entered a plea of not guilty in Richardson County District Court this week to felony charges of terroristic threats and using a firearm to commit a felony.
Wittwer was arrested in December by Falls City Police after allegedly going to a Falls City home and threatening Robert Fisher with a pistol.
A jury trial has been set for June 11th.
