(KMZA A Sabetha man faces charges of theft and burglary following his arrest last week.
27-year-old Ian Malcolm was taken into custody in connection with a missing dirt bike, taken from inside a Sabetha garage last Wednesday.
Police Chief Robert Wahwasuck says police were called, and the investigation launched, with all clues pointing to Malcolm, who was apprehended Friday.
The dirt bike, valued at one-thousand-dollars, has not yet been found
As of Monday, Malcolm remained in the Nemaha County Jail, held on the charges.
