( KMZA )- The Seneca Police Department is investigating the theft of a pair of tires and multiple tractor weights from a Seneca business.
Seneca Police Chief Brent Schulte says sometime between October 24th and Thursday someone stole a pallet containing twenty green John Deere “suitcase” weights, weighing 93 pounds each, and a pair of yellow 18.4 x 42 John Deere rear tractor wheels with Firestone tires from Todd Tractor Company located at the junction of Highways 36 and 63.
A similar theft occurred at the business in July of this year when another pair of rims/tires were stolen.
The loss is estimated to be more than $5,000.
Anyone with information about either theft is asked to contact the Seneca Police Department at 785-336-2141.
