( KMZA )-- A two-vehicle accident on K-99 in Marshall County Friday morning claimed the life of a Greenwood, Nebraska man.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, 20-year-old Noah Malson was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident north of Frankfort.
The Patrol says Malson was traveling north when his car went left of center and struck the front end of a southbound truck driven by 53-year-old J.D. Gallion of Frankfort.
Gallion was transported to Community Memorial Healthcare in Marysville.
The patrol says both men, who were the lone occupants in their vehicles, were wearing seat belts.
The accident was reported around 8 o’clock Friday morning.
