Jenkins Holds Meeting In Seneca
(KMZA)--The federal budget, federal spending, and other details of her work in the nation's capital were discussed Wednesday when U.S. Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins came to Seneca.
The Kansas Republican met with those gathered at the Seneca, providing a power point presentation on federal fiscal matters, and then answered questions from the group.
The visit was the latest in Jenkins' ongoing “Congress To Kansas” listening tour.
Prior to reaching Seneca, Jenkins made another stop, visiting the headquarters of Blue Valley Tele-Communications, in Home, Kansas.
There she gained a first hand look at the company's operations, accompanied by CFO Candice Wright and company board members.
Jenkins also engaged in another tour during her local visit, viewing the operations of Wenger Manufacturing in Sabetha.
