( KLZA) The Humboldt – Table Rock – Steinauer School Board met this week. During the meeting updates were given on summer projects, including the new concession stand, press box and restrooms at Power Field in Humboldt. All should be completed by the first home football game in September.
Ellen Hanzlicek was hired as a school cook and Rod Bleich was hired as a school bus driver for the district.
City Councilman Keith Carlin met with the School Board to discuss an alley running through school property that allows rock to run out onto the city street when heavy rains fall.
The HTRS Board also heard an update on an air conditioning project at the Table Rock site. Superintendent Clint Kimbrough explains. ( play audio :20 seconds )
Today is the first day of school for HTRS students. School will dismiss today at 1:30 p-m.
