(KAIR) -- Potter resident Joshua Hefner was drawn Friday night at the Atchison County Fair in Effingham as the winner of the Car KAIR Summer Package.
He wins three thousand dollars of car care service from Lewis Chevrolet in Atchison and one thousand dollars of fuel from Quik Stop in Atchison.
Hefner was one of 21 finalists for the contest that began on July 1st, running through Thursday.
He made his winning entry on August 1st.
