( KLZA ) Pawnee County Commissioners Tuesday voted to continue the Handi-bus agreement which calls for the City of Pawnee City to pay the County $2,500. That is the same amount as last year.
In other business Commissioners approved the request from the Probation Office of $1,328 for the next fiscal year.
The Pawnee County Ag Society’s request for $27,000 in funding for the 2012-13 fiscal year was reviewed along with the Southeast Nebraska Development Districts block grant information and the Surface Transportation program book.
County Assessor Jonathan Bailey and Chad Kudym with GIS met Commissioners to review the information that would be available to various departments if they wish to be added on.
During a meeting with Highway Superintendent Chris Rauner the Board approved the transfer of $250,000 from the special road fund to the Road – Bridge Fund.
