Richardson County Commissioners are expected to award several bids when they meet Tuesday beginning at 9 a-m at the Courthouse in Falls City.
Bids on an armor coating project, an asphalt overlay project and a bid for a crane are all scheduled to be awarded when Highway Superintendent Scott Huppert meets with the Board at 9:15 a-m.
A public hearing is scheduled for 10:30 a-m on an application from Vernon Buckminster, doing business as Buck’s Roadhouse for a catering license to the liquor license for the business.
At 10:15 a-m members of the Falls City Area Jaycees will meet with the Commissioners to discuss a request for a special designated liquor license for August 3rd and 4th events.
The quarterly jail inspection is to be held Tuesday and Richardson County Emergency Management Director Jim Gerweck will review Nuclear Training and drills.
County Attorney Bob Meyer will meet with the Board at 11:30 a-m to request an equipment purchase for the STOP program using funds from the program.
