Nebraska 3r District Congressman Adrian Smith is asking residents of the third district which stretches from the Missouri River to Wyoming to speak out on a Postal Regulatory Commission proposal to reduce costs by changing operating hours at more than 17,000 postal retail locations nationwide.
Smith says it is important that the Commission knows how these changes would affect rural Nebraskans and their businesses.
Informal comments from any interested person will be accepted by the PRC through Monday, June 18th via e-mail at PRC-PAGR@prc.gov or by phone at 202-789-6800.
