A Rulo, Nebraska man facing multiple charges in a Brown County case dating back to 2009 enters into a plea agreement.
David Davis, formerly of Falls City, recently pleaded no contest in Brown County District Court to three counts of motor vehicle burglary and 4 counts of misdemeanor theft.
In exchange, 6 additional counts of motor vehicle burglary and four additional counts of theft were dismissed.
Sentencing is set for March 26th.
Davis was charged in connection with a rash of vehicle burglaries and thefts in 2009 in Hiawatha.
