Three people accused of attempting to sell stolen firearms made appearances in Richardson County Court Monday.
Judge Curtis Maschman found probable cause to detain 20-year-old Travis Ries of Pawnee City. He faces felony charges of possessing or receiving a stolen firearm and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person. Bond was continued at 10-percent of $10,000.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled for 18-year-old Robert Luallin and 17-year-old Breanna Swanson. Luallin is charged with a class 3 felony of possessing or receiving a stolen firearm. Swanson faces a charge of aiding and abetting a class 3 felony.
Preliminary hearings for Ries, Luallin, and Swanson were set for March 26th.
Authorities say they attempted to sell two stolen guns to a Humboldt woman this past January.
