(KNZA)--The preliminary hearing for one of three men charged in connection with an April home invasion on the Kickapoo Reservation has been pushed back to next month.
The hearing for 32-year-old Tyler “ Tiger” Banks was continued Wednesday at the request of his court-appointed attorney, and rescheduled for July 22nd.
Banks is charged with five counts—including felony charges of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery, aggravated assault and criminal threat along with a misdemeanor charge of criminal damage to property.
He was recently arrested in Oklahoma, waived extradition and was brought back to Kansas last week.
Banks remains in the Brown County Jail, held on a $500,000 bond.
