Michael Wilburn
(KNZA)--A jury trial has been set for an Everest man facing a pair of felony sex-related charges.
32-year-old Michael Wilburn pleaded “ not guilty” Thursday in Brown County District Court to charges of aggravated sexual battery and furnishing alcoholic beverages to a minor for illicit purposes.
A 4-day jury trial was set beginning September 28th.
According to the criminal complaint, the alleged offenses occurred on August 30th of last year involving an individual born in 1998.
Wilburn remains in the Brown County Jail, held without bond.
