(KNZA)--An Everest man will stand trial on a pair of felony sex-related charges.
32-year-old Michael Wilburn waived his preliminary hearing Wednesday and was bound over to Brown County District Court on charges of aggravated sexual battery and furnishing alcoholic beverages to a minor for illicit purposes. Arraignment was scheduled for March 23rd.
According to the criminal complaint, the alleged offenses occurred on August 30th of last year and involve an individual born in 1998.
Wilburn remains free on $75,000 bond
