(KNZA)--A St. Joseph man accused of killing a Troy man last month was arraigned Tuesday in a Buchanan County courtroom.
34-year-old Daron Simpson is charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of 36-year-old Andrew Clary early January 24th at a residence north of Faucett.
He’s also accused of shooting is ex-wife, Amanda Simpson. She continues treatment for serious facial wounds.
Daron Simpson turned himself into authorities shortly after the shootings.
He’s scheduled to make his next appearance in court on February 18th.
Simpson’s bond, which had originally been set at $75,000, was revoked Tuesday.
